Bolt anchor FAZ II Plus H with cap nut

The fischer bolt anchor FAZ II Plus H is the steel anchor for highest demands. The new sizes of the special cap nut version (M10 and M12) are also implemented in the ETA assessment and it is ideal for architecturally sophisticated applications. Thanks to variable anchorage depths and easy installation, the FAZ II Plus can be used in many different ways. The tried-and-trusted expansion clip securely feeds the loads into the concrete and ensures a high load-bearing-capacity. The FAZ II Plus H is the optimal solution (for example) for the anchorage of railings in visible areas: The cap nut, not only gives the option for a better and refined optical design but also, ensures an accident free installation due to its closed shape.

Advantages

The cap nut is implemented in the ETA assessment and it is ideal for architecturally sophisticated applications.
Due to its closed shape, the cap nut version ensures an accident free installation.
Quick and easier assembly without the need for drill hole cleaning (M8-M24).
Numerous approval certificates for different substrate materials (concrete C12/15-C80/90, steel fiber concrete, solid sand-lime brick) increase the number of applications and fields of use.
With the new assessment (ETA), the tensile strengths increase decisively. As a result, fewer fixing points and anchors are required.
The ETA evaluation, together with other test reports (RWS, ZTV, ETK), ensures high loads in case of fire.
An external independent assessment confirms the service life of anchorages up to 120 years. Thus, the FAZ II Plus outlasts a whole century and is perfectly suited for large, long-lasting construction projects (M10-M16).
The variable anchorage depths allow a millimetre-accurate adjustment to the loads.

Functionality

The FAZ II Plus H is suitable for pre-positioned and push-through installation.
When applying the torque, the cone bolt is pulled into the expansion sleeve and expand it against the drill hole wall.
The anchor is set in line with the approval once the preset installation torque is achieved.
